Gift certificates are digital products and do not have a physical, printed or plastic card format.

Usage:

The gift card can be redeemed for the purchase of any workshop, raw material, or unique creation made by Emerencia.

When purchasing on the webshop, simply add the selected product or service to the cart, then at the end of the payment process, when entering your details, enter the card number in the "Discount code or gift card" field. The system will automatically activate the voucher and deduct its value from the total amount of the order.

If the purchase amount exceeds the value on the gift card, the difference can be settled using the selected payment method.

The gift card can be used for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the remaining value of the gift card cannot be redeemed, refunded or transferred to another voucher.
